Eligibility

• Return window: 7days 

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags.

• Refund Policy

  • Minimum Refund: ₹50 (or full order value if under ₹50).

  • Maximum Refund: 100% of item value + taxes, minus any non-refundable shipping/restocking fees.

  Fees

  • Restocking: Up to 10% for opened/incomplete items (unless defective).

  • Return shipping: Paid by customer unless item is defective/wrong.

  Refund Timelines

  • Processed within 3–14 business days after item inspection.

  • Refunded to original payment method (bank timelines may vary).

  Damaged/Defective Items

  • Report within 7 days of delivery with photos and order ID.

  • Free return shipping + replacement or full refund.
